Certified EFT Practitioner. Practical, direct support for men who want useful tools, not endless analysis.
I have been a Certified EFT Practitioner since 2013. Over the years I have seen how quickly people can sometimes shift a reaction that has felt stuck for a long time when we stop trying to reason it away and work directly with what the body and mind are doing in the moment.
Tapping.men grew out of a simple observation. Many men are willing to work on stress, heartbreak, confidence or pressure, but they are not necessarily looking for therapy language, lengthy emotional analysis or a label.
They often want something practical. Something private. Something they can learn and use themselves.
We begin with what is actually bothering you now. It might be a thought, a body sensation, a recent event, a memory or a reaction that keeps repeating.
EFT tends to work best when we get away from vague labels and work with concrete moments, sensations and emotional responses.
I am interested in observable shifts. Does the intensity drop? Does the memory feel different? Does the body relax? Can you think about the situation without the same reaction?
The aim is not to make you dependent on sessions. Once you learn EFT, you can keep using it yourself.
I am not interested in presenting tapping as a dry theoretical idea. I have experienced rapid and positive effects from EFT personally, and I have seen meaningful changes in people I have worked with.
That does not mean every issue disappears instantly. It does mean I have seen enough over many years to take the method seriously and to want more people to know that it exists.
I also value the research that has grown around EFT. There are now more than 200 published studies and clinical trials, including research on stress, cortisol, PTSD, anxiety, pain and other areas. Research matters, but it is not the only reason I use EFT. The other reason is much simpler: people often notice changes they can feel for themselves.
