Mental Fitness Training for Men
Handle pressure. Recover from setbacks. Regain calm and control. Tapping.men teaches men practical mental fitness — no therapy language, no lengthy analysis, no nonsense.
Free. No sign-up required to start. Takes about 5 minutes.
Does this sound familiar?
Most men are functional. They show up, perform, keep going. But functioning is not the same as thriving — and something can need attention long before it becomes a crisis.
Carrying constant pressure with no way to switch off — even on weekends
Reacting more strongly than you intended — and regretting it after
Feeling stuck after a breakup, separation or major life shift
Losing confidence after a setback or period of sustained stress
Questioning your direction — not sure what the next chapter looks like
Knowing something is wrong but not being able to name it
Worrying that letting go of the pressure means everything falls apart
Feeling alone with problems you think you should be able to handle yourself
A different approach
Think of mental fitness the way you think about physical fitness. You do not need to be injured to train. You do not need to enjoy the gym to benefit from it.
The same applies here. Mental fitness is not about analysing every feeling or rewriting your past. It is about building practical capacities — the ability to calm down when you need to, recover faster when things go wrong, and stay clear-headed when pressure mounts.
And unlike willpower — which runs on the same mental resources you are already using — a trained mental fitness response works with your body's stress system directly.
"You are not broken. You may simply need better tools."
The method
The method used throughout Tapping.men is called Tapping — also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). It combines focused attention on a specific problem with gentle stimulation of specific points on the face and upper body.
Works with your body's stress response — not only with conscious thinking. You notice physical shifts, not just mental ones.
No equipment. No appointments. No need to explain yourself to anyone. Use it in the car, at your desk, before a difficult conversation.
Once you know the method, you own it. Use it on your own terms, for whatever comes up — for the rest of your life.
Before a difficult meeting. After an argument. When rejection hits. When anxiety rises. When you cannot switch off at night.
What you will be learning
Tapping combines focused attention on a specific problem — a thought, a physical sensation, a recurring worry, a reaction you noticed — with gentle stimulation of specific points on the face and upper body.
It is designed to reduce the intensity of the body's stress response while you remain fully present and in control. You are not being "treated" by anything external. You are using the technique on yourself.
Many men notice a meaningful shift within minutes. You do not need to believe in it before you try it. You do not need to understand every mechanism. Just try it and notice what happens.

Serguei Levykin
Certified EFT Practitioner · Working with men since 2013
Serguei works with men who are under pressure, going through transitions, or carrying things they have not fully worked through.
He does not start with a long conversation about your childhood. He starts with what is actually bothering you right now — and gives you a practical method you can use immediately.
His approach is calm, direct, and focused on results. He works with men who are sceptical of therapy, uncomfortable with emotional language, and who just want tools that work.
